Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a contract?
Yes. Connex subscriptions are billed annually.
Can I cancel?
There is a 30 day refund period with annual agreements. Your subscription remains active through the end of your annual term.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days. Guided implementation fees are non-refundable because they cover professional services performed on your behalf. We do not offer prorated refunds after the 30-day period.
What does guided implementation include?
A Connex expert configures your integrations, workflow rules, tests your setup, and helps you go live.
