Is there a trial of Connex?

Yes, we can offer a trial if you want to use one of our existing integrations. Please contact sales to request a trial. 

 

How does the trial of Connex work?

If you are looking to use one of our existing integrations, our sales team can set up a trial for you. You will have access to the knowledge base during the trial. 

Please note that many of our customers choose to pay for an engineering consultation during the free trial to help them get feedback on their workflows. 

You can choose to do a free trial without a consultation. Our sales team will advise you on the best option for your setup. 

What's the best way to evaluate Connex?

The best way to evaluate is to connect QuickBooks and your selling channels. It is easier for us to answer your questions, once we can see what data Connex is transferring. Copies of sales from both systems and point out desired changes.
The proof of concept is a guided trial. Your team will pair QuickBooks and selling channels. Our team will assist with testing the integration.
The discovery call is ideal, if you need custom integrations, like an ERP tool syncing with ShipStation, or features added on top of an existing integration that our team can build. During this call, our team will write a proposal and give a price estimate.

What can I expect during my call with sales?

Our sales team will learn more about your setup and advise on next steps.

If you need a custom solution, the next step will be to book a consultation call with a technical specialist. 

I have a more complicated set-up. How can I evaluate Connex?

We recommend buying a month to month subscription with an onboarding fee. We charge $300 for two hours of onboarding plus the cost of the plan for Connex.

What is the scope of a sales call?

Think of our sales team as your advisor to help you find the best solution to connecting your accounting and sales systems.  If you are looking for one of our existing integrations they will be able to advise you on the best Connex plan. For custom work, they will advise you on next steps. 

Do you just sync sales with QuickBooks?

We sync with ERPs, accounting systems, POS, CRMs and online ordering tools. In short, we can connect any accounting and sales system. "If you can think it, we can build it."
