Our Story
Growing up, I watched my mother spend years performing repetitive data entry. I remember her typing numbers all day long, manually transferring information from microfilm into a computer. Hundreds of thousands of keystrokes. Day after day.
Eventually, her wrists gave out.
She developed severe carpal tunnel syndrome.
If you’ve ever had it — or know someone who has — you know the surgery is painful. And the recovery is worse.
No one should have had to do that work.
It’s the kind of work a machine could — and should — be doing.
I started my business in 2010 because I wanted to protect people from work that burns them out, physically and emotionally. Often, businesses have multiple software systems that fail to communicate. My business connects these systems together to work as a team.
While working with ecommerce businesses, I discovered the same challenge on a much larger scale:

- Finance teams spent hours reconciling transactions.

I started Connex Ecommerce to free ecommerce and B2B businesses from the burden of repetitive manual data entry. We have been in business, since 2010. I still have the same $20 deposit slip that I used to open our first bank account.
